Crosetto’s inventions appreciated and endorsed by top world experts in the field and other professionals. Excerpts from their letters.

Research scientist Dario Crosetto (goo.gl/XQ3JyY) worked on leading edge physics experiments at the world’s largest laboratories (CERN in Geneva, Superconducting Super Collider -SSC- Texas, FERMILAB and Brookhaven National Laboratory -BNL-). He held seminars in the most prestigious universities and research centers in the world (Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, Portugal, Columbia, Mexico, Argentina, Ghana, SriLanka and China) and at the best university hospitals and cancer research centers in Italy and Geneva, Switzerland, and was awarded one million dollars in government grants, and received $10,000 for the best Business Plan reviewed by Venture Capitalists in a start-up competition.

His basic 3D-Flow invention was recognized as a breakthrough by academia, industries, and research centers (including a representative from CERN), in major, official, public scientific review held at FERMILAB, lasting an entire day. The review panel consisted of top-experts in Detection and Imaging Technology, and ASICs, electronic boards, and system designers that stated in a 9 page final report goo.gl/zP76Tc: “…The committee finds this project an interesting and a unique concept…” clearly recognizing the invention, stating also its usefulness in solving problems not now possible, stating: “…given this feature, experimenters would probably think of clever uses not now possible”.

In 2011 his 3D-CBS (3-D Complete Body Screening) invention targeted to significantly reduce cancer deaths through a cost-effective early detection won the Leonardo da Vinci Prize for the most efficient solution in particle detection for early cancer diagnosis. Both, 3D-Flow and 3D-CBS inventions were recognized valuable in several public scientific reviews.

Crosetto’s inventions were endorsed in writing by over 50 top scientists, including a Nobel Laureate (Barry Barish), the Director of two of the most prestigious research centers in the world (FERMIlab and SSC), the Division Leader and several group leaders at CERN and FERMIlab and experts in the field as reported in excerpts from their letters (goo.gl/GIC5aR). Senior Counsel attorneys and partners of one of the largest law firms in the world (Jones Day), who have closely followed Crosetto’s work and request for funding for more than a decade, wrote to Government Agencies underlining that 400 times efficiency improvement in PET technology are well worth the relatively small amounts of funding that D. Crosetto seeks. Additionally, U.S. Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison wrote to Government Funding Agencies in support of Crosetto’s work for a cost-effective screening for early cancer detection.
