Knowing for 20 years that my 3D-CBS invention would save millions of lives from cancer and that a test on the EXPLORER (an inferior copy of my invention) can confirm this claim experimentally, it is indefensible to continue to choose to let people die by refusing to conduct this test on the EXPLORER described on page 92 of https://bit.ly/2NFkJbK that would prove unquestionably that over 20 million lives could have been saved from cancer in the past 20 years, and 100 million lives can be saved in the next 30 years with my 3D-CBS invention.
