1. Humane solutions can be achieved through DIALOGUE

On 13 January 2024, as in previous years, Dario Crosetto hosted a dinner at his home as part of the “DeSoto Dining & Dialogue” (DDD) project, which has been running since 2004. DDD organizes free dinner events in private homes all over the city on the same night, aiming to enhance the quality of life through DIALOGUE.

DDD Mission: “In harmony with the City’s vision, DeSoto Dining and Dialogue arranges for DeSoto Citizens to have dinner and conversation so that they can build a sense of community and common purpose

The dinners, with a facilitator who ensures everyone can express their ideas, are intended to:

  • Build open lines of communication among a diverse base of DeSoto citizens
  • Inform participants about the perspectives held by others in their community
  • Encourage a deeper understanding of and a greater participation in issues of mutual concern

The DDD program played a crucial role in the City of DeSoto winning the title of All-America City, awarded by the National Civic League. This recognition is given to communities whose citizens work together to identify and tackle community-wide challenges and achieve uncommon result.

Virtual contact cannot take the place of direct human contact at every level of our lives. The world needs genuine face-to-face DIALOGUE, ideally within the framework of a family setting at a dinner table, where people can openly express their conscience, Other cities are encouraged to develop similar programs.

(Text from the flyer): Desoto Dining & Dialogue is returning to our “roots” by hosting the next dinner event in private homes around Desoto. This dinner event will be held on Saturday, January 13th at 6:30 pm during the MLK Holiday weekend as a celebration of the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Embrace MLK’s Message:

Don’t Be Silent and Indifferent –

Speak Out Your Conscience, Act!

Humane solutions can be achieved through DIALOGUE

This year DDD is part of the Martin Luther King Jr. (MLK), events as stated on the City of DeSoto website:

A.    City of DeSoto will honor Dr. King’s legacy with a weekend of activities

DeSoto hosted the City’s inaugural Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Day Celebration in 2022. This year, Mayor Rachel L. Proctor is expanding the celebration to a weekend of activities designed to honor Dr. King’s legacy.

We must honor Dr. King’s legacy with far more than talk. We must work each day to right the wrongs of injustice and take the types of actions that restore equity and promote brotherhood in our community,” said DeSoto Mayor Rachel L. Proctor. “When we do this we breathe life into his spirit and help to make his dream a reality.”

B.      DeSoto Dining & Dialogue Dinner Event Saturday, January 15th, 2024. 6:30 PM

(…continue text from flyer) ln harmony with our City’s vision, Desoto Dining & Dialogue arranges for Desoto residents of different races, ages and ethnic backgrounds to have dinner and conversation in a non-threatening environment so that they can connect as neighbors and build community.

These dinner events are free to participants who live or work in DeSoto but you must register to attend. Please go to www.desotodd.org or email kathy.jones@desototexas.gov to register or for more information.

“We Are One” is the theme for this dinner event. Join your neighbors in discussing the following: What is your family culture? What brought you to Desoto and what keeps you here? What aspects of your culture do you see or wish you could see in Desoto? What will you do to enhance our community culture?

If this intrigues you, please register to attend the dinner and join in the discussion by January 10th at www.desotodd.org.  (end of the text from the DeSoto DDD flyer).

2.     Open and Constructive Dialogue with Guests of Diverse Races, Religions, Ages, and Ethnic Groups, Encompassing Jews and Muslims, Aimed at Achieving Humane Solutions

Besides hosting dinners for the DeSoto Dining and Dialogue group, since 1991, Crosetto, who arrived in DeSoto from CERN in Geneva for the Superconducting Super Collider (SSC) Project, has been hosting diverse gatherings at his home. Each time, he serves homemade pasta and traditional Piedmont cuisine, such as roasted bell pepper with bagna cauda. Crosetto’s unique approach involves preparing the pasta in 15 to 20 minutes while guests enjoy a drink. The freshly made pasta then goes directly from his hands into a pot of boiling water. This unique and engaging process was captured by guests at the DeSoto Dining and Dialogue event on 13 January 2024: Video 1, Video 2, Video 3.

Among the numerous dinners at his home, notable events include dinners with Crosetto’s SSC colleagues who traveled to Texas from various corners of the globe, including India, China, Europe, and Latin America. Over 33 years, Crosetto’s home hosted diverse guests, including scientists, entrepreneurs, mayors, and council members from the U.S. and Italy. Notable attendees included the Honorary Consul of Italy in Dallas and a state senator who later was appointed Secretary of State. In a unique decade-long arrangement, the senator, her family, staff and her entourage experienced distinct cultural interactions organized by Crosetto in Italy.

In addition to these social gatherings, Crosetto has actively participated in cultural committees and groups, such as the Dallas Goethe Center, French group, Alliance Française, and Italian group, engaging in lecturers and events. Crosetto extended a warm welcome to guests from different races, religions, ages and ethnic backgrounds, encompassing Jews and Muslim friends, attending their weddings, Bar Mitzvahs, and parties hosted by Muslims. (See additional information and photos in the Appendix).

3.     The Big Picture of the Timeline of Life (4.5 Billion Years) and Thought-Provoking Quotes from Notable People

For the past twenty years, diners from these various groups and friends have had the opportunity to reflect on Crosetto’s 2004, 4.5-meter poster titled “The Time Line of Life” in his dining room. This poster illustrates the evolution of life on Earth over the last 750 million years, with 1 cm equal to 2 million years.

On weekends, Crosetto crafted a Life Timeline commissioned by the world’s largest Montessori school in Toronto. Depicting Earth’s 4.5 billion years on a 12-hour clock, it showcased Precambrian, Paleozoic, Mesozoic, and Cenozoic eras. Contrasting this with our human lifespan (less than one millisecond, or 100 years), it emphasizes the brevity of our existence (goo.gl/2ZUUvp). This underscores the importance of cherishing every second, sharing positive experiences with others, and avoiding harm to people and the planet.

He illustrated the evolution of around ten main creatures (algae, fish, birds, etc.) on a 12-foot poster, with the line thickness indicating species populations and extinction events, like trilobites 250 million years ago and dinosaurs 66 million years ago. Representing species such as cockroaches (present for 360 million years), the first jawfish 400 million years ago, reptiles, mammals, and the first primate 33 million years ago. At the poster’s lower end, he depicted Earth’s geological evolution, including glacial periods and the Pangea period (400 million to 200 million years ago). Creatures faced population declines or extinction due to volcanic and meteorite dust 250 million and 66 million years ago, making the air challenging for animals over 25 kg to breathe. This caused the extinction of dinosaurs 66 million years ago.

The poster contains extensive didactic information that would take pages to describe.

Notable quotes from Martin Luther King Jr., Mahatma Gandhi, and the Dalai Lama are also displayed on the wall, creating a thought-provoking atmosphere for contemplation and reflection.

  1. Every man must decide whether he will walk in the light of creative altruism or the darkness of destructive selfishness. This is the judgement. Life’s most persistent and urgent question is: What are you doing for others?” – Martin Luther King, Jr.
  2. An individual has not started living until he can rise above the narrow confines of his individualistic concerns to the broader concerns of all humanity” – Martin Luther King, Jr.
  1. The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others” – Mahatma Gandhi.
  1. Be the change you want to see in the world” – Mahatma Gandhi.
  1. War seems to be part of the history of humanity.

As we look at the situation of our planet in the past, countries, regions and even villages were economically independent of one another.

Under those circumstances the destruction of our enemy might have been a victory for us.

There was a relevance to violence and war.

However, today we are so interdependent that the concept of war has become outdated.

When we face problems or disagreements today, we have to arrive at solutions through the DIALOGUE.

DIALOGUE is the only appropriate method. One side victory is no longer relevant.

We must work to resolve conflicts in a spirit of reconciliation and always keep in mind the interest of others. We cannot destroy our neighbors!

We cannot ignore their interests! Doing so would ultimately cause us to suffer.

I therefore think that the concept of violence is now unsuitable.

Nonviolence is the appropriate method!” – Dalai Lama.

4.     Crosetto Shares His Reflections

Following, Crosetto would like to share his reflections on the crucial significance of the DIALOGUE, emphasizing its power to resolve numerous issues. Additionally, he will address a specific and pressing current concern that demands our attention, emphasizing that indifference is not an option. Later he will also include two additional quotes from Martin Luther King, Jr., enriching the discussion.

Crosetto’s reflections: “As temporary guests in Earth’s 4.5 billion-year timeline, let’s learn from the instinctive mutual care seen in animals. With no wealth beyond the grave, let’s embrace creative altruism. Let’s choose to share the joy of the most beautiful moments with fellow Earth guests, respecting others, creatures, nature, and our planet, leaving a lasting legacy. Let’s embrace truthfulness. Let’s choose a path of compassion for positive impact during our fleeting presence. Let’s not refuse the DIALOGUE that unveils our common humanity, enabling us to expose and correct inhumanity and abuse of power.

The abuse of power, which infringes upon human rights and dignity, can be effectively challenged through dialogue. It is crucial for us to learn how to address problems or disagreements through an open, constructive DIALOGUE where both parties can freely express their ideas and listen to each other. Subsequently, responses should be grounded in logic, references to the laws of nature (science), adherence to the rule of law, and the application of the Golden Rule. Be tolerant, learn how to discuss with people with different ideas.

In case of persistent disagreement, resolution should be pursued with a spirit of reconciliation, considering the interests of all parties. Finding a solution requires mutual respect, acknowledging the independence of each party while fostering a spirit of agreement and mutual respect.

A party should refrain from advocating the destruction of another party or disregarding their existence with illegitimate reasons. DIALOGUE is essential for civil and humane interaction, acknowledging everyone’s right to be on this planet. Leaders like Hitler, who advocated for the destruction of ethnicities and other countries, ultimately led to the destruction of his own country.” – Dario Crosetto

5.     Differentiating Killing through Aggression for Power from Defense for Living in a Free, Mutually Respected Relationship

U.S. Senators, Congress Representatives, and U.S. Politicians and Public Officers Involved in the decision to provide arms to Ukraine and to Israel must discern whether these arms are being used for self-defense within their own territories against invaders or if they are being used to kill and destroy houses in territories they are invading. The decision to supply arms should not be solely predicated on the alliance between the U.S. and Israel. It is crucial to differentiate the intended purpose of the arms.

A.    Hitler’s Illegitimate Justification to Kill 6 Million Jews

The justification used by Hitler and the Nazis to claim self-defense against alleged Jewish plans to destroy Germany and its population, or Hitler’s unfounded accusations against a Jewish physician for his mother’s death from cancer and other baseless claims, was illegitimate. Despite being unsubstantiated and illegitimate, Hitler orchestrated the killing of over 6 million Jews.

B.    Israeli Leaders’ Illegitimate Justification to Kill Over 26,000 Palestinians and Starve an Entire Population

Similarly, it is an illegitimate justification for the leaders of Israel to claim self-defenses from the Palestinians’ alleged plan to destroy Israel. Despite being unsubstantiated, these illegitimate reasons are used to justify the continuous killing of an average of 240 Palestinians per day for 100 days, with “indiscriminate bombing” as stated by President Biden on 12/12/2023 (using American bombs), totaling over 24,000 Palestinian deaths in Gaza (and 300 in the West Bank). Moreover, over 70% of these casualties are women and children, with many more unaccounted for and buried under the rubble of their homes. Leaders support Israel despite they also block Palestinians’ access to vital resources such as -current water, food and medicines- while simultaneously assaulting schools, hospitals, and destroying more than 90% of their homes.

This document was initially created on 15 January 2024 when 24,000 Palestinians were killed within 100 days. The last revised version date 6 February 2024, reflects a deaths toll of over 26,000 Palestinians, as Israeli leaders did not stop bombing.

From the Press: “In Gaza, there is no running water or electricity”. “2.2 million people – is facing high levels of acute food insecurity or worse, with one in four households facing catastrophic conditions”. 400,000 Gazans are characterized by UN agencies as at risk of starving “are actually in famine, not just at risk of famine”, with thousands of children orphaned. CNN reports: “Israel’s relentless bombing has wrought widespread devastation, as civilians live with the threat of imminent death – either by an airstrike, starvation or disease”.

Israeli leaders’ claiming that Palestinians seek to destroy Israel are demagogic and propagandistic attempts to convince the world that their killing and destruction of the Palestinians is legitimate, but is not. However, these actions are not legitimate but instead constitute unlawful terrorism, as evidenced by facts and images depicting the reality, which differs from the propaganda. By performing a search for: “famine in Gaza people begging for food”, “destruction and deaths in Gaza” one can find thousands of pictures in addition to the 100 reported on page 6, proving famine and destruction taken from 83 hero journalists who were killed for reporting the truth and from many other who are still reporting it.

C.    Genocide of the Jews

As the world was watching destroying the Jewish (with notable exceptions such as Oskar Schindler, who saved 1,200 Jews and many other heroes like him) now the world is watching destroying Gaza and the Palestinians (with notable exceptions like the 83 heroic journalists who were killed because they were reporting on the atrocities in Gaza during over 4 months of relentless attacks by the invaders killing with ferocity Palestinian women and children).

D.    Genocide of the Palestinians

Future Memorial Museum of the Genocide of Palestinians in the Gaza strip. Who are the leaders responsible?

…continue, proof of the Palestinian genocide in Gaza. Thousands of additional photos available in internet

E.    Photos Proving Israelis are Enjoying Normal Life while they Genocide Palestinians

To unveil the falsehood propagated by Israeli leaders claiming Palestinians seek to destroy Israel, one only needs to search for: “January 2024, normal life in Tel Aviv and people surfing at the sea” This search reveal that Israelis are enjoying a normal life, while simultaneously perpetrating genocide against Palestinians.

F.    Vendetta, Revenge, Retaliation: Killing Innocent People

This aggression, invasion, killing and destruction of Palestinians must stop immediately.

To capture Hamas who killed 1,200 Jews, it is not justified bombing and killing over 24,000 Palestinians in 100 days and continue killing more.

By analogy, to capture the serial killer in Long Island (NY), NYPD and US Air Force did not bomb Long Island killing thousands of women, children and innocent Americans but it was a decade of hard work for the Police to capture the killer. It would be absurd to think that for each young lady killed by the Long Island serial killer, for retaliation, their family would kill 20 relatives and friends of the serial killer totaling to 80 people dead. We live in a society where justice should refer to the rule of law and those who break the law should receive the punishment in a Court of Justice.

If Israeli leaders believe that by seeking vendetta against Hamas, which killed 1,200 Jews and, because of Hamas action, Israeli leaders destroyed over 90% of the houses of 2.3 million Palestinians, displaced 75% of the population in Gaza, starved over 400,000 people, and killed over 26,000 Palestinians, they will receive admiration from future generations and be placed in the hall of fame in history, the following example demonstrates that they are wrong.

They will go down in the hall of shame in history. Future generations will act opposite to vendetta and will embrace respect and reconciliation to try to make up for the damage in reputation and inhumanity that their ancestors gave to them and their community.

Instead of achieving the result of frightening the adversary by displaying and utilizing brutal force, irrespective of the vitriolic words and violent actions they employ, there is dignity in every human being that can erupt after 76 years of occupation and the absence of an independent state with sovereignty. The actions of malevolent individuals can ignite a movement that will be challenging to quell. Martin Griffiths, the UN Under-Secretary, warned that the dire humanitarian situation in the enclave could create ‘generational hatred.’

Here is a concrete example showing that future generations do not admire their ancestors who engaged in vendetta and exhibited inhumane behaviors.

On 25 April 2023, I was in the town of Boves, in Italy, distributing a letter (https://bit.ly/3pfXKKt) that I personally hand-delivered to the President of Italy a few hours earlier in Cuneo.

On that day, a delegation led by the Mayor of Schondorf in Germany was also present in Boves, They traveled for just one day to celebrate Liberation Day in Italy and to show respect to the citizens of Boves.

Schondorf partners with Boves regarding the massacre by the German SS under Joachim Piper, a World War II crime that occurred on 19 September 1943 in Boves. Schondorf is where Joachim Piper is buried, and its Mayor and community thought it important to reach out to the citizens of the Italian city Boves to show respect and deplore Piper’s action.

The massacre occurred following the Italian surrender on 8 September 1943. Twenty-three Italian civilians were killed and 350 houses were destroyed (similar to the destruction of more than 90% of Palestinian houses by Israel) by artillery fire of the Waffen-SS under Joachim Piper’s command. The massacre and destruction were reprisals for one German soldier being killed in a gunfire exchange, during which an Italian partisan was also killed, and two German NCOs were captured and held by Italian partisans in the vicinity of the town.

After obtaining their release, Peiper ordered the destruction of the town, despite earlier agreements not to do so. Piper, through his vendetta and demonstration of brutal force and power, aimed to send a message to the Italians not to challenge their authority and power.

Prior this, Piper’s own unit looted Jewish properties of the border region (France-Italy), he arrested and killed Jews, and pursued approximately 1,000 Jews who had fled from the former Italian occupation zone in France. Meanwhile, another unit of his division 54 Jewish civilians at Lago Maggiore and submerged their bodies in the lake.

Both the cities of Boves and Schondorf and newspapers have published extensive information in Italian and German about this massacre, which can be found with a Google search.

G.    Is Each Individual’s Life Considered Equal and Valuable, or Is the Life of One Jew Deemed More Valuable Than 20 Palestinian Lives? Provide an Explanation to Justify the Act of Killing 20 Palestinians Compared to One Jew

1,200 Jews killed versus 24,000 Palestinians killed in 100 days. Does the life of a Jew worth 20 Palestinian lives? Who establishes this ratio? But apparently it is not enough, because the killing of the Palestinians continues. What would be the limit and how does anyone justify this ratio …this retaliation?

I was outraged when my mother told me that during World War II, the German troops who occupied Italy took possession of the farm (only to loot goods, leaving the work to my mother’s family) where my mother lived in the Province of Cuneo. They had to hide potato and flour to survive, and when one German soldier was killed by the Italian resistance movement (Partisans) Germans rounded up ten Italian citizens and killed them.

H.   Israeli Leader’s Responsibility in Creating Unfair, Unjust Situations and Failing to Protect Their 1,200 Citizens

The responsibility for the 1,200 Israeli deaths is greatly attributed to their leaders, who did not protect them, knowing that their unfair, unjust, unlawful actions would raise discontent among those who were oppressed. Similarly, Al Capone, El Chapo, Pablo Escobar knew their actions were unfair to others and accordingly protected their families and friends with armed forces from the uprising of the people they oppressed.

Instead, Israeli leaders and their supporters fail to protect the 1,200 victims and are now responding with unlawful actions of terrorism twenty times greater than the original act of terrorism.

In a civilized world, unlawful actions should be judged in the Court of Justice, in this case at The Hague and evidence of breaking the law in occupying a territory for 76 years from one party and killing 1,200 innocent people from the other party should lead to the appropriate punishment for both parties under the rule of law not by killing 20 times more innocent people and destroying an entire country.

I.       Israeli Leaders Give a Damn for the Lives of Their Citizens Held Hostage by Hamas

In their efforts to justify the ongoing violence against Palestinians and the destruction of Gaza, Israeli leaders claim concern for their citizens held by Hamas, yet the reality reveals a disregard for the lives of their own people caught in the conflict.

In fact, they have even killed by mistake three of their own people who were hostage released by Hamas. This happened because Israeli forces do not comply with any rule, not even the law of war and they assault schools, hospitals, journalists and kill 83 of them, and even their own people that they claim they want to liberate, by shooting them while they wave a white flag proving that they do not take notice of any international IHL law of armed conflict.

In an interview by CNN of a Jew’s lady who was held hostage and then released by Hamas, she said was kept in a house, but when a bomb by the Israeli destroyed a neighboring house, she was moved with other hostages in a room in a hospital. This demonstrate that Israeli leaders are bombing indiscriminately civilians (as also stated by President Biden on 12/12/2023) and do not care if they will kill their own people.

If Israeli leaders really care to free the 138 hostage they should not refuse the dialogue to negotiate the exchange of the 138 hostages with now over 7,000 Palestinians, most of them held unlawfully in Israeli prisons, including hundreds of children, dozens of women and over 2,000 “administrative detainees” (indefinitely incarcerated without charge). (In April 2022, there were 4,450 Palestinians in Israeli prisons – including 160 children, 32 women, and over 1000 “administrative detainees”, which have now increased to over 7,000 total).

J.      Israeli Leader’s Responsibility in Propelling a Broader Third World War Conflict Due to 76 Years of Similar Leaders Rejecting a Two-State Solution (Palestine-Israel)

The Palestine-Israeli issue could have been solved over the past 76 years and can be solved now, primarily and foremost by stopping bombing and killing of Palestinians and by creating a two-State solution (Palestine and Israel).

Leaders around the world are concerned about the potential escalation of this conflict, which could involve more nations and potentially lead to a Third World War. These concerns are not exaggerated; they are genuine, and the responsibility lies with the current leaders of Israel who reject DIALOGUE, disregard the rule of law, and seek to spread terror to demonstrate their power, which should intimidate anyone who might challenge it.

If Israeli leaders genuinely seek to resolve the hostage crisis and alleviate the suffering of both Israelis and Palestinians, they must prioritize dialogue and negotiation, including discussions on the two-State solution. Refusal to engage in meaningful discussions, including the exchange of 138 hostages for 7,000 Palestinian prisoners (over 2,000 held indefinitely with no charge, therefore can be classified as hostages) and addressing the two-State solution, perpetuates the cycle of violence and undermines prospects for peace and reconciliation.

K.    What Is the Role and Authority of the United Nations and the International Court of Justice at The Hague in Maintaining Peace and Justice Worldwide?

United Nations and the international Court of Justice at The Hague should analyze facts and actions during the past 76 years violating the rule of law by both parties, Israeli and Palestine and those who broke the law and killed 1,200 Jews and those who killed over 26,000 Palestinians should be brought to justice and pay in material damages, rebuilding what they have destroyed and years of prison according to the rule of law.

Why Hamas and his predecessors did not bring to the attention of United Nations and the international Court of Justice at The Hague, the violations and oppression of the Israeli leaders toward the Palestinians during the past 76 year and he chose and action of terrorism? Or he did and what response did he receive?

In a civilize world, issues are not resolve by one act of terrorism followed by another twenty times worse, but rather by upholding justice according to the rule of law and through DIALOGUE that allows people to express what their conscience considers right or wrong, humane or inhumane.

6.      Media News Editors Deciding News and Broadcast Time-Share Owe Accountability to the 83 Hero Journalists Killed and to the Public. It is Imperative to Identify and Disclose Those Responsible for Killings and Suppressing Undisputable Truth from Broadcast

A.    To Pay Tribute to Their 83 Colleague Heroes Slain by the Israeli Military, Journalists Ought to Broadcast This Document Advocating Humane Solutions via a Balanced and Objective Dialogue, Alongside a Commitment to Provide 20 Times More Coverage to Palestinian News Compared to Israeli News

To prevent the ongoing killing of many innocent people, and descent an entire population into a catastrophic situation –devoid of homes, food, healthcare, functioning hospitals, and medicines—journalists must inform the public.

Ultimately, it is the conscience of the public that determines what is right or wrong, humane or inhumane, guiding their decisions in electing leaders.

Eighty-three courageous journalists fulfilled their duty, risking their lives to inform the public about the harsh reality in Gaza—the suffering, the genocide, the inhumane conditions endured by over 2 million Palestinians.

Did their effort and sacrifices serve the public? Did their photos, soundbites, interviews, and factual reports reach the public day after day?

In honor of their sacrifice and dedication, editors and media outlets should strive to balance coverage by dedicating airtime and print space proportionally to Palestinian suffering and Israeli suffering, aligned with the respective number of deaths, destruction, and suffering on both sides. This approach aims to provide the public with a more accurate perception of reality

A Google search on the destruction and deaths of Palestinians in Gaza yields thousands of images, with over 90% depicting destroyed houses, captured by journalists who risk their lives to provide us with the facts—the reality. In contrast, a similar search for Israelis often portrays them enjoying a normal life, such as surfing in the sea, while Palestinians endure the harsh reality of genocide.

However, fewer than 1% of the public conducts such specific searches. The opinions and consciences of the public are primarily shaped by daily news on television, radio, and in printed newspapers.

Therefore, media outlets play a crucial role in ending the destruction and killing of innocent people. They simply need to report the photos, facts, and information received from their journalist colleagues in Gaza in proportion to the number of deaths. For instance, with a ratio of 24,000 Palestinians vs. 1,200 Jews killed in 100 days (a ratio of 20), if it takes 9 seconds to describe how one Jew was killed, media news should spend 3 minutes to describe how 20 Palestinians were killed. The same principle applies to each house destroyed in Gaza compared to one destroyed in Israel.

The public’s perception of what is right or wrong, humane or inhumane, is influenced by the frequency of hearing about inhumane actions, such as stories of innocent children or women being killed or houses being destroyed. After hearing a new, different story of 240 Palestinians killed every day, which would take 36 minutes, along with additional time for reporting on houses destroyed, the public’s conscience will be stirred.

Some individuals will empathize daily with those who have lost their homes, questioning where they will live.

Creating this awareness is what solves the problem because the public will become weary of hearing about these inhumane actions. If this information is not disseminated to the Jews living in Israel, their relatives, and friends around the world via phone, email, and Facebook, will inform them. This will prompt them to urge the election of leaders who accept DIALOGUE to establish a two-State solution before the illegitimate actions of the current Israeli leaders escalate the conflict to a Third World War, impacting us all.

Another tasks as part of the duty of a journalist is to interview the current leaders of Israel who seek to destroy Palestinians (as they are doing) rather than accepting a two-State solution that would grant Palestinians independence, sovereignty and a chance to live on this planet.

Journalist should pose pressing questions to the current leaders in Israel and they will be trapped by their same words. For instance, it is quite serious and disturbing statement for leaders of a country to publicly state: “…no one can halt Israel’s war to crush Hamas, including international court

This statement can trigger other question such as:

How do you explain that these words do not reflect reality that in fact you are killing civilian and bombing indiscriminately, deliberately to destroy 90% of the houses of civilian?”.

Because you do not agree on the two-State solutions, and from your actions we see that you are destroying Gaza and Palestine, do you deny to the Palestinian to live where they have lived of many years?”

“Who is giving you the power to decide who can live and where should live, or 75% of women and children should be killed?”

“Because there are evidence of genocide and the Court of Justice at The Hague orders you to stop destroying and killing, why you say that will not stop?”

“Do you believe civilized countries should be ruled by the Rule of Law, if not who should rule it? Perhaps you? On which rules? Do you have them written in some place?”

Perhaps, responding to questions similar to the above, soon or later the current Israeli leaders will provide answers surpassing for non-sense those of Adolf Hitler.

To prevent the risk of a Third World War, there are two possibilities: Media outlets can inform the world about reality in an objective manner, thereby pressuring the Jewish community to elect different leaders, or prompting nations supporting Israel to withdraw their support until the killing of innocent people stops and Israeli leaders accept the two-state solution and comply with international law.

The content of this document serves as a valuable source of information, data, and logical reasoning that should be brought to the attention of the public conscience. This way, everyone can reflect on the content, express what their heart and mind tell them, and voice any disagreements.

For the benefit of everyone, it is urgent for journalists to broadcast this document or highlight specific sentences they believe need immediate attention, providing a link to the entire document (in PDF at: https://bit.ly/3umZnc2 in HTML at: https://bit.ly/48YGgUK).

If a journalist cannot do this due to disagreement or finding certain statements in this document illegitimate, the author would like to know which sentence the journalist disagrees with or finds illegitimate.

B.    Due to Israel holding 7,000 Palestinians hostage in their prisons and Hamas holding 138 Israelis, Journalists Should Advocate for 50 Times More Airtime and Press for Interviews with Palestinian Hostages Compared to Jews

Israeli leaders are not sincere in their propaganda with the world, not even with their own people. They are deceiving and exploiting the Jews held hostage by Hamas by making them believe they care about their lives, but in reality, they disregard the lives of the Jews held hostage.

Israeli leaders use propaganda to justify killing 26,000 Palestinians, destroying 90% of their houses, blocking access to vital resources, and starving Palestinian to death. They claim they are doing all this because they want to liberate their 138 Jews held hostage by Hamas.

A simple logical reasoning, understandable to a high school student, would find it nonsensical to  state that they want to kill the adversary and then ask for the release of the hostages. How can they negotiate with a counterpart that they have killed?

Is it also logical to think that in his will Hamas perhaps already wrote that if he gets killed all Jews held hostage would get killed because the opportunity to exchange them with the 7,000 Palestinians held in Israeli prisons (over 2,000 held indefinitely without a charge) and the negotiation for a two-State solution would be gone.

Other facts and Israeli leader’s actions demonstrate that they give no regard for the lives of the Jews held hostage.

It is crucial for journalists to interview Israeli leaders and, through posing pertinent questions and using logical reasoning, unveil this deception to the Jewish population and expose the exploitation of the Jews held hostage.

Revealing with logical reasoning that Israeli leaders do not genuinely care about their people but are instead pursuing a vendetta, characterized by relentless killing, and destruction of the civilian population of the adversary to demonstrate and bolster their power, which disregard any rule of law, including the international Court of Justice at The Hague, should persuade Jewish voters to reject them and elects leaders who prioritize their interests of competitiveness and respect in a civilized society.

Other facts showing Israeli leaders are exploiting the situation of the hostages for their own agenda disregarding their lives are the following.

  1. By mistake IDF Israeli forces killed three Jewish hostages who had been released by Hamas. This happened because Israeli forces do not comply with any rules, including the laws of war. They even killed their own people, whom they claim to want to liberate, by shooting them while they were waving a white flag. This demonstrates that Israeli leaders do not take notice of any international IHL law of armed conflict.
  2. In an interview by CNN of a Jew’s lady who was held hostage and then released by Hamas, she said she was kept in a house, but when a bomb by the Israeli destroyed a neighboring house, she was moved with other hostages in a room in a hospital. Does this fact show that Israeli leaders care about the lives of their own people held hostage by indiscriminately bombing all civilian houses taking the risk to kill their own people? A logical reasoning would say, NO. This lady naively continued to speak in the interview, saying things with a tone of voice that sought compassion for what she had endured, showing that she was completely out of touch of the situation, not even realizing that Palestinians who held her hostage were more considered for her life than her own people. She lamented that the food was moldy, perhaps without knowing that her Israeli leaders blocked access to vital resources, including food, to make everyone starve. Perhaps she was not aware of the thousands of photos on internet of kids begging for any kind of food to survive.

The CNN interviewer spent more than 10 minutes interviewing this Jewish hostage released by Hamas, but it would be fair and respectful to the 83 journalists who were killed in trying to serve the public with objective facts that would give the public a realistic view of reality to give air-time and press to interviews proportionally to 7,000 Palestinians held in Israeli prisons (many without charges) and 138 Jews hostages by Hamas.

Hearing thousands of stories day after day of Palestinians deprived of freedom, held indefinitely in Israeli prisons without charges or trial, witnessing the horrendous killings of women and children, and seeing the destruction of Palestinian homes day after day, would quickly outrage the entire world. This outrage would exert pressure on Jewish voters to vote out the current Israeli leaders, who are pushing towards a Third World War that affects us all. These leaders are also fostering a “generational hatred” towards Jews due to their unjust and inhumane treatment of the entire Palestinian population.

C.    Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ) report finds no accountability for journalists killed by the Israeli military

From the Press: “no fewer than 36 journalists have been killed by Israeli strikes in Gaza in 31 days of war, averaging more than one a day. Reporters Without Borders (RSF) is calling for the protection of those still there, however, in 100 days the number of journalists killed has increased to 83.

A report from the Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ) states” “report finds no accountability for journalists killed by Israeli military”. Is this acceptable to the surviving colleagues? Do they find it illogical that during the entire 20 years Vietnam-war, 60 journalists were killed, while in just 31 days of this conflict, the Israeli military has killed 36 journalists, and in 100 days, the toll has risen to 83 journalists?

7.     Over 240 Palestinian Deaths per Day Could Be Avoided Through a Dialogue Aimed at Achieving a Humane Solution

Israeli leaders publicly declare that no one, including the International Court of Justice at The Hague, can halt Israeli forces from continuing to bomb, destroy, and kill Palestinians (source: https://bit.ly/48IFNG7).

During the first 100 days, the number of Palestinians killed by Israelis reached 24,000, which has increased to over 26,000 after four months.

Crosetto invites readers of this document to refer to page 6, Section 5.D titled “Genocide of the Palestinians,” where they will find 100 photos (and thousands more available on the internet) depicting the destruction, killing, and famine inflicted upon the Palestinians by Israelis. He urges them to question their conscience about the morality and humanity of continuing such actions.

Next, he invites to read sections 5.A “Hitler’s Illegitimate Justification to Kill 6 Million Jews” and 5.B “Israeli’s Leaders Illegitimate Justification to Kill Over 26,000 Palestinians and Starve an Entire Population”. He encourages then to express their disagreement if, in their opinion, Hitler 85 years ago had a legitimate justification to kill 6 million Jews, and the Israeli leaders now have a legitimate justification to kill over 26,000 Palestinians, destroy their homes and businesses, and block the access to vital resources to starve them to death. He questions whether they believe such actions are justified to continue.

Next, he invites the readers to delve into Section 5.F “Vendetta, Revenge, Retaliation: Killing Innocent People” and encourage them to express disagreements if, in their opinion, Israeli leaders are entitled to a vendetta. He questions whether it is justifiable for this vendetta to only end when all Palestinians’ houses are destroyed, all are killed, and erased from the surface of the earth. He contrasts this approach with the actions of the Mayor of the town Schondorf in Germany (see Section 5.F) who disapproved and condemned the action of the German military Joachim Piper. The mayor’s action brought respect to the citizens of Boves in Italy, whose ancestors were killed by Piper. In this specific case, he suggests that Israeli leaders should recognize all races and ethnicities to live on this planet and resolve conflicts by accepting a two-State solution arbitrated by the Rule of Law.

Next, he invites the readers to read Section 5.I “Israeli Leaders Give a Damn for the Lives of Their Citizens Held Hostage by Hamas” and 6.B “Due to Israel holding 7,000 Palestinians hostage in their prisons and Hamas holding 138 Israelis, Journalists Should Advocate for 50 Times More Airtime and Press for Interviews with Palestinian Hostages Compared to Jews”. He encourages then to express their disagreement if, in their opinion, the logic that Hamas could have written on his will that if he gets killed all Jews hostages would get killed because the opportunity to exchange them with the 7,000 Palestinians and the negotiation for a two-State solution would be gone is not understandable to a high school students.

This should clearly reveal that Israeli leaders are deceiving their own people and exploiting the situation of the 138 hostages for propaganda purposes for achieving their own agenda rather than prioritizing the safety and well-being of the hostages.

What did the 6 million Jews do to Hitler to be displaced, lose their home, suffer and be killed? What did the thousands of Palestinian women and children do the Israeli leaders who are bombing, displacing, destroying their homes, and killing them?

These questions, that everyone should ponder in their own conscience, are particularly directed at U.S. Senators, Members of Congress from both parties, and any public officer involved in providing arms and bombs to Israel. I they were to disapprove of the actions of Israeli leaders and refrain from supplying arms and bombs, this catastrophic situation in Gaza would cease, and Israeli leaders compelled to engage in DIALOGUE for a two-State solution.

8.     Martin Luther King, Jr. Provides the Key to Solve Things That Matter: Take Responsibility, Break the Appalling Silence, and Indifference

There is one way to counter these arrogant, unlawful, inhumane actions and statement (“…no one can halt Israel’s war to crush Hamas, including international court”) by Israeli leaders, and that is to embrace the two quotes by MLK reported in the first page of this document.

The words of the second quote were pronounced by Martin Luther King, Jr. during his last Sunday sermon on March 31, 1968, before he was tragically assassinated.

First quote: “Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter” -Martin Luther King, Jr.

Second quote: «…And it may well be that we will have to repent in this generation, not merely for the vitriolic words and the violent actions of the bad people, but for the appalling silence and indifference of the good people who sit around and say, wait on time.» – Martin Luther King, Jr.

The appalling silence and indifference of the good people who sit idly by, waiting for time to pass, and for many years have supported Hitler in the killing of Jews without questioning the logic and reasoning behind it, are actions that demand repentance. Six million innocent Jews, men women and children suffered and died due to Hitler’s claims, and those who supported him must confront their inaction.

In a civilized world the logic would dictate that Hitler should have pursued legal avenues, referring to the rule of law to address any perceived threats to the German from Jews or provide evidence of negligence by the physicians he believed caused his mother’s deaths. There is no reason or justification for the destruction of an entire ethnic group.

Good People should have spoken out expressing their conscience regarding what is right or wrong, humane or inhumane, and countering Hitler’s claims. They should have made him and his supporter realize that if they could not support his claims, they must vote him out and advice to seek psychiatric help, as he could not substantiate his claims with evidence.

Similarly, the appalling silence and indifference of the good people who sit by as Israeli leaders kill Palestinians without questioning the logic and reasoning behind it also demand repentance. Over 26,000 Palestinians, including 75% women and children, have suffered and died, with over 90% of all Palestinians’ homes and business destroyed, bringing them to starvation, due to Israeli leaders claims.

In a civilized world the logic would dictate that Israeli leaders should have pursued legal avenues, referring to the rule of law to go after Hamas, but there is no reason or justification to destroy the entire country of Gaza and killing so many innocent people.

Good People should express their conscience regarding what is right or wrong, humane or inhumane, countering the claims of the Israeli leaders. They should make them and their supporters realize that if they cannot justify their actions, they must be voted out.

The appalling silence and indifference of good people who choose to wait instead of taking action can stem from various factors, including fear, apathy, ignorance, or a sense of powerlessness. However, it is crucial for individuals to realize that their silence can contribute to perpetuating injustice and suffering.

A.     Actions by Israeli Leaders Are Affecting Jews Negatively, Leading to a ‘Generational Hatred’

Martin Griffiths, the UN Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator, issued a warning on January 15, highlighting the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza, where hundreds of thousands are starving as famine arrives at ‘incredible speed’. He also warned that ‘the dire humanitarian situation in the enclave could create “generational hatred.

Reflecting on history, it becomes evident that the Holocaust could have been prevented or mitigated if more “good people” had the courage to speak out against Hitler’s atrocities. By expressing their conscience and challenging his illegitimate claims, they could have potentially averted the tragic loss of six million Jewish lives.

Similarly, the teachings of Martin Luther King, Jr., should give the courage to the “good people” not to be silent and indifferent, but take responsibility for addressing the ongoing suffering of Palestinians. By confronting the destruction, killing, and famine inflicted upon them by Israeli leaders, and by questioning their conscience about the morality of continuing such actions, individuals can mobilize for change. They can reflect on what is right or wrong, humane or inhumane, and use their insights to advocate for justice and compassion. They can demand an end to the bombing of Gaza and advocate for DIALOGUE to achieve a peaceful resolution in a two-State solution, which will solve also other conflicts, such as disruptions in navigation on the Red Sea.

Why the 1993 Arafat-Rabin, peace Oslo Accord, which lead to a two-State solution, failed to materialize despite being signed at a public ceremony in Washington D.C., on 13 September 1993, by Mahmoud Abbas for the PLO, Foreign Minister Shimon Peres for Israel, U.S. Secretary of State Warren Christopher for the United States, and Foreign Minister Andrei Kozyrev for Russia, in the presence of PLO chairman Yasser Arafat, Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin and U.S. President Bill Clinton did not work out?

Why did a “generational hatred” not develop toward the German population who supported Hitler, whereas Griffin has warned that the current actions of Israeli leaders toward Palestinians could potentially generate a “generational hatred” toward the Jewish population?

B.    Crosetto’s Idea to Create Many Memorial Museums of the Genocide of Palestinians in the World

The Oslo Accord did not succeed because the base did not support their representatives in the negotiation.

To avoid repeating the same mistake, it is necessary to inform and educate the base of both counterparts and the global public opinion. This can be achieved by establishing numerous Memorial Museums of the Genocide of Palestinians, displaying photos and facts that demonstrate the wrongness of genocide as a path forward. It is essential that over 90% of people worldwide condemn such actions to prevent another failure in attempting to create a two-State solution. Otherwise, there would be too many supporters of hard, violent approaches among both counterparts and the general public, leading to polarization and conflict.

Once awareness is raised to the point where both parties recognize the need to give up something, compromise, and make sacrifices, in honor of the martyrs, women, children, and innocent people affected by recent genocidal acts, the bases and the world community should support representatives from Palestine and Israel to engage in dialogue. Through DIALOGUE, a reasonable and fair agreement for a two-State solution can be negotiated.

The quick answer to the first question regarding the Arafat-Rabin Oslo Accord is that the base in Israel did not support Rabin, likewise the Palestinians did not support Arafat.

Right-wing Israelis had no desire to give the Palestinians any concessions, and did not want any agreements with the PLO.

Leah Rabin, the widow of Yitzhak Rabin, after the assassination of her husband recalled how Jewish extremists would stand outside her Tel Aviv home every Friday afternoon and jeer at him for pursuing peace with the Palestinians. Israeli settlers also feared that peace agreements would lead to their expulsion from the illegal settlements in the occupied territories.

“For weeks and weeks, every week they would come and wait for him and shout at him, “Traitor, murderer,’ ” she said. “Last Friday, when I got home at 3 o’clock,” she said, “they said to me, “Just wait. A year from now, in Kings of Israel Square, we’ll kill you both…’ “.

The taunt was prophetic: Rabin was assassinated in Kings of Israel Square on Saturday night after a peace rally.

Meanwhile, the Palestinian population is not a monolithic group, but comprises various factions, including Hamas and Islamic Jihad, which warned that a two-state solution would forgo the right of Palestinian refugees to return to the historic lands seized from them in 1948 when Israel was created.

As for why a “generational hatred” did not arise toward the German population after World War II, it’s because the majority of Germans recognized the grave error and the morally reprehensible actions of Hitler and his regime in orchestrating the Holocaust, which resulted in the deaths of 6 million Jews.

If journalists were to interview Germans over the past seven decades about whether they justify Hitler’s claims to kill 6 million Jews, the overwhelming majority, likely exceeding 90%, would condemn such actions. Despite this, isolated incidents, such as the foiled coup attempt on 7 December 2022, by the Patriotic Union of Germany, a few Germans who manifested the return to violence and antisemitism. This plot was stopped by arresting 25 individuals associated with a suspected far-right terrorist group for allegedly plotting a coup in Germany.

The reason why there is widespread condemnation of Hitler’s genocide of the Jews, even among generations after World War II, is due to the educational role played by documentation, photographs, media reports, and particularly the testimonials presented in Holocaust Memorial Museums around the world, including in Germany.

These museums present material that starkly depicts the horrific and inhumane suffering and deaths inflicted on countless innocent people during the Holocaust. Confronted with such evidence, it becomes exceedingly difficult for any conscience with even a modicum of humane sensibility to justify or rationalize such atrocities against women, children, and innocent individuals of their own species.

Acknowledging what is wrong and inhumane, and educating the descendants of those who perpetrated such acts, represents the correct approach to combating antisemitism. Conversely, the current actions of Israeli leaders, which involve the genocide of Palestinians, would only serve to exacerbate tensions and ignite further conflict. Moreover, such actions would likely backfire and result in unintended consequences, ultimately harming the Jewish population.

Crosetto has Jewish friends whom he esteems, as well as Muslim and German friends. His thoughts are directed towards reasoning together about what is right or wrong, what is humane or inhumane for everyone, not just for one party.

His heart is broken for the suffering and deaths of the 6 million Jews. Additionally, he grieves for the continuing antisemitic actions such as shootings at synagogues and other locations targeting Jews (see Section 8.C). Furthermore, he mourns for the women, children, and innocent people killed in Gaza, for the millions of Palestinians whose homes and businesses have been destroyed, and who are starving even though food is only a few hundred yards away from them. Israeli leaders prevent them from accessing it, and they cannot even find safety in hospitals.

There should come a point when a Jewish citizen recognizes that their leaders are wrong and condemns them.

There should come a point when NEW Israeli leaders emulate the Mayor of Schondorf, who condemned the actions of Joachim Piper, a figure buried in their town in Germany. Piper implemented vendetta, resulting in the killing of 25 Italians and the burning of 350 houses in Boves (see Section 5.F). The Mayor of Schondorf traveled to Boves on Italian Liberation Day, on 25 April 2023, to pay respects to their citizens and to the President of Italy. The Mayor of Boves received him, and they are now working together to bring the remains of two priests killed by Piper to be buried near him. This action aims to reveal the truth to the world about his inhumane actions, which no one should repeat. Instead, they should choose reconciliation and mutual respect, as demonstrated by the two Mayors.

Both Memorial Holocaust museums and the new Memorial Museums of the genocide of Palestinians, as well as media news outlets, should report the facts, photos, and stories objectively, describing the reality of the people who suffered and the perpetrators who have attacked them.

Media news should not exploit the cause of antisemitism to justify the genocide of Palestinians, nor should they use the brutal actions of some individuals during Hamas attack on 7 October 2023, to justify the killing of thousands of Palestinian women, children, and innocent people, the destruction of their homes, and the starvation imposed upon them.

In every group and society, there are individuals who commit heinous acts, such as serial killers who torture innocent people like Jack the Ripper, Joachim Kroll, Gilles de Rais, Ted Bundy, and Harold Shipman, who murdered 218 of his patients. These individuals were prosecuted and punished for their atrocities. None of these cases justified actions of vendetta leading to genocide, as Israeli leaders are doing toward women, children, and innocent people in Gaza. This includes assaulting and killing people in hospitals, as occurred on January 30, 2024.

Media news editors are not describing the details of the savage tortures committed by H.H. Holmes, Dean Corll, John Wayne Gacy, Jeffrey Dahmer, Fred and Rosemary West, Robert Bertella, Lawrence Bittaker and Roy Norris on the five teenage girls before murdering them to justify a genocide of the parents, relatives, friends and the community where the killers lived.

Why do media news editors repeatedly highlight the gruesome details of attacks by some individuals among the Hamas group on 7 October 2023, to sway public opinion against Palestinians and justify their genocide by Israel in Gaza? Why do media news editors not repeatedly emphasize the illegitimate actions of IDF Israeli forces, such as not complying with any rules, even breaking the laws of war by killing people waving a white flag (including their own people liberated by Hamas from being hostages), and assaulting and entering hospitals with armed forces?

Why do media news editors fail to provide balanced information proportional to the 1,200 Jews and the 26,000 Palestinians killed, giving 20 times more airtime and press to Palestinian facts, photos, and stories compared to Jewish stories? Why do media news editors not give 50 times more airtime and press to interviewing the 7,000 Palestinian prisoners (many held indefinitely in prison without charges) compared to the 138 Jewish hostages by Hamas?

Media news editors not only have the professional ethical duty to serve the public with information that provides a realistic, objective, and balanced view of reality, but in this case, they should also be fair and respectful to the 83 journalist colleagues who were killed while trying to serve the public with objective facts, interviews, photos, video recordings, and stories. This aims to give the public a realistic view of the reality that these actions are not antisemitism, but the result of a 76-year problem when Palestinian territory was taken by the Jewish forces. On separate incidents, such as shooting at synagogues, it is important for media news editors to continue reporting any facts showing antisemitism or hatred against Jews to combat it.

The situation in Palestine-Israel clearly shows that both sides feel threatened.

Israel feels threatened by the legitimate aspiration of Palestinians for a right of return to their land occupied by them, which if fully realized, would mean the end of Israel’s existence. However, Jewish concerns should be alleviated by the 9 September 1993 letter from the PLO to Israel recognizing the State of Israel’s right to exist in peace and security.

Palestinians feel threatened by the ongoing Israeli occupation, which continues to expand and oppress the Palestinian population, as stated by King Abdullah II of Jordan before the October 2023 attack, who lamented that Palestinians has “no civil rights; no freedom of mobility“.

If a journalist were to interview Jews today, asking if they believe the actions of the IDF perpetrators from October 7, 2023, to January 22, 2024, were justified in killing over 26,000 Palestinians, destroying over 90% of their houses and businesses, starving a population to death, assaulting hospitals, and violating international rules of war, a high percentage might consider them heroes, despite the inhumanity of Israeli leaders’ tactics. Instead of condemning these actions, they might even wish for the complete destruction of Gaza and the Palestinians with aspirations such as the right of return, rather than seeking compromise through DIALOGUE.

Similarly, if a journalist were to interview Palestinians today, asking if, in their opinion, on 7 October 2023, it worth the life of 1,000 Hamas perpetrators lost to kill 1,137 Jews, a high percentage might also consider them heroes.

If a journalist were to interview the general public, excluding Jews and Palestinians, asking if they condemn Hitler’s action of killing 6 million Jews, it is expected that over 90% would answer yes. However, if they were asked the questions posed in the previous two paragraphs, the responses might be mixed, and there might not be over 90% of the people condemning Israeli leaders’ actions of genocide against Palestinians as they did with Hitler’s actions.

The significant difference lies in the fact that events like Hitler’s genocide of Jews 85 years ago have been extensively documented, publicized, and taught in Holocaust Memorial Museums worldwide about the genocide of Jews that the conscience of a human being with dignity condemn. This lead to widespread condemnation from people worldwide, including the German population. The brutalities perpetrated in extermination camps are openly acknowledged and used today also by the German population as educational tools to ensure that such atrocities are never forgotten or repeated. In contrast, the ongoing genocide of Palestinians today is not universally recognized as wrong and is not condemned by over 90% of the global population, including Jews.

It is indeed appalling that “good people” are silent and indifferent to the actions of the perpetrators of the Palestinian genocide that have gone unpunished for four months, despite the clear evidence of their crimes.

As a prerequisite for restarting negotiations for a two-State solution that failed in the Oslo Accord in 1993, it is imperative to establish a universal understanding that the genocide of any group, including Palestinians in Gaza, is unequivocally wrong and should be condemned by the vast majority of people worldwide, including Jews.

Crosetto’s proposal is to create awareness and educate people globally by establishing Memorial Museums of the Genocide of Palestinians, ideally located near or within walking distance of existing Holocaust Memorial Museums. These institutions would highlight the wrongfulness of the genocide of Palestinians in Gaza.

Simultaneously, information about several incidents of shooting at synagogues, as reported in Section 8.C, should be integrated into the material presented at Holocaust Memorial Museums to combat antisemitism.

Once this awareness is achieved, a spirit of cooperation can be fostered to overcome obstacles without resorting to further genocidal actions. Instead, both parties should be open to compromises and willing to relinquish certain rights to facilitate the existence of two independent States with sovereignty in their respective territories, committed to upholding international rule of law. This could involve addressing the issue of Israeli settlers, possibly converting them into immigrants subject to the regulations of other countries regarding visas or permanent residency status.

Certainly, the success of negotiations for a two-State solution hinges on widespread condemnation of genocide as an unacceptable means to resolve conflicts. To achieve this, it is essential that more than 90% of the Jewish base, Palestinian base, and the global population condemn genocide and lend their support to representatives from both sides negotiating an agreement based on independence, sovereignty, and mutual respect for each State.

The establishment of Memorial Museums of the Genocide of Palestinians will play a crucial role in documenting the actions of Israeli leaders towards Palestinians, akin to the documentation of atrocities inflicted upon Jews during the Holocaust. These museums will feature thousands of photos and testimonials, akin to Anne Frank’s diary or Steven Spielberg’s Schindler’s List, which reached millions of people and brought awareness to the horrors of genocide. Additionally, these museums can serve as platforms for fundraising efforts to aid in the reconstruction of Gaza.

Readers are encouraged to disseminate and publish any text and ideas found in this document while citing the source in both formats: PDF at: https://bit.ly/3umZnc2 and HTML at: https://bit.ly/48YGgUK. However, in an effort to address the silence and indifference surrounding the resolution of the world most deadly and costly calamity, wherein over 26,000 lives are lost per day, half of which could potentially be saved, the author earnestly requests that Section 9 on page 26, which is of particular significance be cited. This section highlights the potential to save over 13,000 lives per day worldwide by addressing ongoing suppression of funding for the inventor of the 3D-CBS total body cancer screening to prove his claims experimentally. This ongoing suppression has hindered such benefits to humanity for the past two decades.

C.    Call to Action by Crosetto and Every American: Embrace Martin Luther King Jr.’s Words, Take Responsibility, Clearly and Loudly Convey to U.S. Senators, Congress Representatives and any U.S. Politicians and Officers Involved, Not to Use Our Taxpayer Money to Provide Arms and Bombs to Israel to kill Palestinians

Crosetto’s message to the leaders of his country, including U.S. Senators, Members of Congress from both parties, and any public officers involved, is resolute and straightforward: “Stop immediately using my taxpayer money to bomb Gaza and cease supporting Israel in its destruction and killing of Palestinians, which includes preventing them from accessing essential water, food, and medicines. This is an inhumane act.” Crosetto goes on to advocate for the reallocation of the $14 billion from the U.S. aid bill to Israel towards Palestinian humanitarian aid and the reconstruction of Gaza, which has been devastated by the American bombs improperly used by Israel. Additionally, he emphasizes that any support for Israel should only be provided after the achievement of a two-State solution (Israel-Palestine), with the assistance intended exclusively for defensive purposes rather than aggression towards other nations.

Moreover, many people worldwide are joining the call for a ceasefire, as evidenced also by a long banner displayed at the Martin Luther King Jr. Day Parade in Dallas on 20 January 2024, urging Israeli leaders to “CEASE FIRE NOW.” Demonstrations have been held since 7 October 2023, in various countries including the U.S., the U.K., Europe, and beyond, with millions of participants demanding an end to the killing of women, children, and innocent people in Gaza and the West Bank. Crosetto, in a show of solidarity, participated in the MLK Parade in Dallas on 20 January 2024, and provides three videos below to amplify these urgent requests.

Video 1  https://youtu.be/qjqYBaw-cH8
Video 2 https://youtu.be/ihnDkoy1q9Y
Video 3 https://youtu.be/enrWuMdReRo

So far, Israeli leaders and their supporters, especially in the U.S., have disregarded the overwhelming demonstrations and continued with their propaganda. They attempt to convince the world that their actions, including the invasion of Gaza, destruction of homes and businesses, killing of innocent people, and starving an entire population to death, were justified by Hamas’ action on 7 October 2023, when 1,200 Jews were killed and 247 hostages were taken. Israeli leaders claim that by killing 26,000 Palestinians, they can free the hostages and stop antisemitism. Unfortunately, many people believe this propaganda and justify the actions of Israeli leaders.

Crosetto invites journalists and everyone to disseminate this document because he refutes Israeli leaders’ claims with logical reasoning that is understandable even to high school students, demonstrating their falsehood and illegitimacy.

To halt the genocide and destruction of Palestinians in Gaza, it is crucial to counter the propaganda of Israeli leaders who assert that their actions are legitimate to free hostages and seek vendetta by killing innocent people.

By explaining this to Jewish voters and their supporters using logical reasoning, current leaders can be voted out, and support can shift to elect Israeli leaders who accept the two-State solution and abide by the rule of law rather than misusing the arms provided by the U.S.

This document explains very clearly with many simple examples and draws parallels to Hitler, who also claimed that his killing 6 million Jews was justified. He refutes the Israeli leaders’ claim that by killing Hamas, they will be able to free the Jewish hostages, demonstrating that this claim is false and illogical. Crosetto makes it clear that vendetta does not solve problems but escalates to a potential third World War, among many other points he elaborates on, which readers can find summarized on page 14, Section 7: “Over 240 Palestinian Deaths per Day Could Be Avoided Through a Dialogue Aimed at Achieving a Humane Solution”.

The genocide of Palestinians is something that is shown to our eyes, happen every day since 7 October 2023 and our conscience cannot be silent and indifferent and should express what considers right or wrong, humane or inhumane. (see 100 photos on page 6, Section 5.D).

The path to solving this issue is not to take the side of one party or the other, but to support what is right, logical, and humane for everyone. The fact that Crosetto has many Jewish friends whom he esteems for their fairness and intelligence and with whom he has collaborated for decades with great understanding, is evident.

Crosetto decided to dedicate his time to express his logical reasoning and vision about what it would take to avoid 240 Palestinians deaths per day, suffering and a catastrophic situation in Gaza because he embraced Martin Luther King Jr.’s, message not to be silent and indifferent about things that matter.

There are many worthy causes in the world, however, more than two decades ago, Crosetto chose to dedicate most of his time, knowledge, expertise, and resources to the most deadly (over 10 million deaths per year, of which 8+ million are premature deaths) and costly (over $1.5 Trillion per year) calamity, which is cancer.

He worked at the most prestigious research laboratories in the world (including CERN in Geneva and Superconducting Super Collider in Texas), inventing techniques that were formally and officially recognized by academia, industry and research centers in a public scientific review at FERMILAB, as well as in several other international public scientific reviews. When applied to Medical Imaging, his 3D-CBS device (3-D Complete Body Screening) can detect tumors at an early curable stage of only 100 cancer cells, before the tumor grows to over 1,000,000 cancer cells detectable by MRI, CT, Mammogram, Ultrasound, etc.

Experimental results demonstrate that early cancer detection for breast and prostate cancer has 98% survival rate, for colon cancer 91%, for lung cancer it’s 50%, and so on.

Every day over 26,000 people are dying from cancer and over 50% can be saved through cost-effective early cancer detection followed by prompt treatment with existing successful cures. Utilizing the 3D-CBS device, capable of detecting tumors with only 100 cancer cells in 2-minute test, covering all organs of the body, at a cost of $200 per test and at a radiation level lower than the amount received in one month from a pilot or flight attendant, has the potential to save over 13,000 lives per day and halve healthcare costs for cancer.

It is urgent to address the ongoing suppression of funding for the inventor to build two units of the 3D-CBS total body cancer screening to prove his claims experimentally. This ongoing suppression has hindered such benefits to humanity for the past two decades. (More details are available on page 26, Section 9.A).

The problem that Crosetto has faced for the past two decades is the same as the one faced in this case:

  1. Leaders with the power and responsibility to address logically, scientifically, adhering to the laws of nature, to the rule of law, to the golden rule do not accept open, public DIALOGUE that allows for achieving humane solutions.
  2. There is an appalling silence and indifference among the ‘good people’ who sit around and say, ‘wait on time’.

Crosetto’s vision for achieving humane solutions through DIALOGUE, as outlined on page 37, in Section 9.C, has been translated into nine languages, including Hebrew and Arabic by his Jewish and Muslim friends, respectively, to reassure that it represents a universal intent to work out the best solution for everyone.

Readers are encouraged to disseminate and publish any text and ideas found in this document while citing the source in both formats: PDF at: https://bit.ly/3umZnc2 and HTML at: https://bit.ly/48YGgUK. The author earnestly requests that Section 9, which is of particular significance, be cited for its potential to save not only 240 Palestinian lives per day, but also over 13,000 lives per day by addressing ongoing suppression of DIALOGUE. This ongoing suppression has hindered such benefits to humanity for the past two decades.

D.    Call to Action: Jews Urged to Vote Out Current Israeli Leaders Opposing a Two-State solution, Elect a Prime Minister like Yitzhak Rabin, and Ensure Protection from being Assassinated by Israeli Extremists Who Disregard International Rule of Law and a Humane Mutual Relation with Others

Crosetto has many Jewish friends whom he esteems for their fairness and intelligence, with whom he collaborated for decades. He urges each one of them to take action – organize demonstrations, vote out leaders, encourage their relatives and friends in Israel to vote out the current Israeli leaders who do not want a two-State solution and do not comply with the rule of law, respecting the independence and sovereignty of other nations. Instead, he suggests electing leaders like Yitzhak Rabin who are agreeable to a two-State solution, and then protect them from assassination attempts by extremist Jews who seek to destroy Gaza and harm Palestinians.

Everyone should take responsibility and not support leaders who have no justification for continuing 100 days indiscriminate bombing and killing of over 24,000 Palestinians, two-third are women and children, rejecting DIALOGUE to agree on a two-State solution for Palestine and Israel.

What did the 6 million Jews do to Hitler to be displaced, lose their home, suffer, and be killed? What did the thousands of Palestinian women and children do the Israeli leaders who are bombing, displacing, destroying their homes and killing them?

Following are a few references to facts and events hurting people on both sides (Jewish and Palestinians).

Background: According to the NGO, since 1967, around one million Palestinians have been arrested by Israeli forces and 226 Palestinians died inside Israeli prisons. More than 1,400 complaints of torture. Writing in 1978 Michael Goldstein called the [Israeli] detention system “an aberration of criminal justice“. Palestinians in administrative detention (indefinitely incarcerated without charges –de facto: hostages) in 2023,  went from 1,319 on Oct. 1 to 2,070 on Nov. 1. There has been a 16-year blockade of Gaza, Israeli incursions in West Bank cities, violence at Al-Aqsa mosque, and Israeli settler violence. Less than two months before the 7 October 2023 attacks, King Abdullah II of Jordan lamented that Palestinians had “no civil rights; no freedom of mobility”. The October 7, 2023 Hamas attack resulted in 1,000 Hamas forces killed and a total of 1,139 Jews killed (373 IDF security forces and 695 civilians). This action was responded to by the Israeli leaders with actions of vendetta, revenge, and retaliation where Israel lost 464 lives and they killed over 26,000 Palestinians women, children and innocent victims carrying on for more than four month, a genocide of Palestinians by Israeli forces starving an entire population of 2.3 million people, displacing 90% of the Palestinian population in Gaza, destroying 90% of their houses and buildings.

Principal shooting episodes targeting Jewish since 2015:

  • 2015 Copenhagen Krudttønden and synagogue shooting (perpetrators killed: 1, innocent victims: 2).
  • 2018 Pittsburgh synagogue shooting (perpetrators killed: 0, innocent victims: 11).
  • 2019 Halle shooting (perpetrators killed: 0, innocent victims: 2).

Poway synagogue shooting (perpetrators killed: 0, innocent victims: 1).

Djerba shooting (perpetrators killed: 1; innocent victims: 5).

It is important for media news editors to continue reporting any instances of antisemitism or hatred against Jews to combat it. However, media outlets should not exploit the issue of antisemitism to justify the genocide of Palestinians. The ongoing conflict requires addressing the unresolved issue of the two-State solution, which has persisted for the past 76 years.

Jews citizens should heed Martin Luther King message of not remaining silent and indifferent. The should engage their conscience and respond to statements from their leaders by voting them out. Instead they should elect leaders who are willing to initiate a DIALOGUE aimed at bringing home the 138 hostages held by Hamas. This dialogue could involve exchanging them for the over 7,000 Palestinians held illegitimately in prison in Israel. Additionally, leaders should be committed to pursuing a two-State solution and initiate a DIALOGUE focused on creating two independent states with their own sovereignty and mutual respect. This should be based on the power of the rule of law rather than relying on the power of the arms and bombs provided by United States which have been improperly used.

After many years of persisting with the same strategy, Israeli leaders have consistently chosen a hard line approach rather than engaging in DIALOGUE with their Palestinian neighbors. This strategy, even supported by Jews extremists who assassinated their Prime Minster Yitzhak Rabin, who advocated for  a two-State solution, must change. There is a need to educate both the world and the Jewish community using a different approach.

Firstly, Jews should understand that the hard line stance against Palestinians is fueling a “generational hatred”. Engaging in dialogue would not only help eliminate antisemitism but also foster understanding and tolerance. It is imperative that the world continues to support Jewish efforts to combat antisemitism and rejects any form of intolerance.

Current Israeli leaders are not defending their country but are invading another country, killing more Palestinians women, children, and innocent people, destroying their houses and businesses, and starving them to death. On 26 January 2024, Israeli leader make the following false and illogical statements in response to the International Court of Justice Order of 26 January 2024 to prevent acts of genocide in Gaza. (On 13 January 2024 Israeli leader also publicly declared that no one can halt Israeli forces from continuing to bomb, destroy Gaza and killing Palestinians, including the international Court of Justice at The Hague. This is a de facto refusal to recognize and comply with international rule of law stating: “…no one can halt Israel’s war to crush Hamas, including international court”):

Israeli leader response to the 01/26/2024 International Justice Court Order:

Israel’s commitment to international law is unwavering equally unwavering is our sacred commitment to continue to defend our country and defend our people like every country Israel has an inherent right to defend itself the vile attempt to deny Israel this fundamental right is blatant discrimination against the Jewish State and it was justly rejected the charge of genocide leveled against Israel is not only false it’s outrageous and decent people everywhere should reject it on the eve of the international Holocaust Remembrance Day … our war is … not against Palestinian civilians we will continue to facilitate humanitarian assistance and to do our utmost to keep civilians out of Harm’s Way…

Jews should look at the 100 photos on page 6, Section 5.C of this document and search thousands of photos in internet proving the words of their Israeli Leaders are false.  “…defend our country…” Israel is invading other another country and are killing and destroying it; “…right to defend itself…” Israel is the aggressor to another country; “…discrimination against the Jewish State…” Israel is discriminating against the Palestinian State; “…rejected the charge of genocide…” many photos and facts prove Israel’s genocide of the Palestinians; “…on the eve of the international Holocaust Remembrance Day…” this statement is exploiting the Holocaust to justify the genocide of Palestinians; “ … our war is … not against Palestinian civilians…” photos and 26,000 Palestinians women, children, and innocent people killed by Israeli leaders prove this statement false; “…we will continue to facilitate humanitarian assistance and to do our utmost to keep civilians out of Harm’s Way…” thousands of photos of women, children, men begging for some food and the UN declarations of the catastrophic situation in Gaza, with famine and starvation because Israeli forces are blocking the access of vital resources refute this false claim.

The media news editor should publish articles reporting the statements of the Israeli leaders that are revealing their defiant, false, arrogant, illegal, inhumane and illogical claims along with links to over 2,600 comments in 16 hours. They should select the most significant comments, not those that insult Israeli leaders, but those that refute the claims of Israeli leaders with incontrovertible evidence of facts, photos, and videos, with logical reasoning understandable to a high school student, demonstrating that they are dishonest and liars without using the words “dishonest” and “liars”, but letting the facts judge them.

Following are two comments out of the 2,632 comments in 16 hours in response to the Israeli leader’s statement on 26 January 2024, regarding the Order from the international Court of Justice at The Hague.

Comment by @ahmadhullah232

So you murder 30K innocent Palestinians and human lives and then have the audacity and contradiction to claim that it is not against the Palestinian people?

Comment by @MIB_63

How can those who are oppressing someone claim the right to self-defense against those they are oppressing? It doesn’t make sense to any rational thinking people”.

Screenshot of the statements by the Israeli leader:

Current Israeli leaders have repeatedly stated to the world and the United States over the past four months that they do not accept the DIALOGUE to address a two-State solution.

To achieve a humane solution to the Israeli-Palestine problem, over 90% of the people in the world, including Jews, should realize that the hard line path of genocide against the Palestinians adopted by current Israeli leaders is wrong; it is escalating the conflict to a third World War.

The false propaganda of the current Israeli leader should be debunked by refuting word-by-word, as has been done in this document, and by establishing numerous Memorial Museums of the Genocide of Palestinians. These museums would educate the world with photos, facts, and videos objectively describing the reality. Additionally, current Israeli leaders should be voted out, or demonstrations should be organized by Jews voters to force them to resign.

9.      Over 13,000 Premature Cancer Deaths per Day Worldwide Could Be Avoided Through a Dialogue Aimed at Achieving a Humane Solution

The role of the international Court of Justice at The Hague is essential when dealing with cases involving the premature loss of many lives that could be saved. In addition to the ongoing case of Gaza, addressing the inhumane situation of suffering and approximately 240 premature deaths per day that could be prevented, the Court of Justice at The Hague should also consider the case that Crosetto has been advocating for two decades. He has demonstrated that it can save over 13,000 lives per day from cancer, of which over 10,000 per day are premature, occurring in individuals younger than 75 years of age.

Every day, over 26,000 people die from cancer (with over 10 million cancer deaths per year, divided by 365 days, totaling over 26,000). More than 50% can be saved through cost-effective early cancer detection followed by a prompt treatment using existing successful cures.

A.    3D-Flow, 3D-CBS and TB-CAD inventions create a revolutionary paradigm change in the practice of medicine

Scientist Dario Crosetto is the inventor of 3D-CBS (3-D Complete Body Screening), an innovative PET/CT technology with a long detector capable of detecting tumors through the entire body at a very early, curable stage with a 2-minute test. It requires very low radiation and costs just $200.

Using the 3D-CBS device, capable of detecting tumors with only 100 cancer cells (before the tumor grows to over 1,000,000 cancer cells detectable by MRI, CT, Mammogram, Ultrasound, etc.) in just 2-minutes covering all organs of the body at a cost of $200 per test and at a radiation level lower than the amount received in one month by a pilot or flight attendant has the potential to save over 13,000 lives per day and cut in half healthcare cost for cancer.

The estimated 50% survival rate through an effective early cancer detection utilizing the 3D-CBS more cost-effective in detecting tumors with only 100 cancer cells at $200 per test covering all organs of the body, compared to MRI, CT, Mammograms which can detect only tumor with more than 1,000,000 cancerous cells, is a conservative claim supported by experimental results. These results demonstrate that early detection of breast and prostate cancer leads to a 98% survival, for colon cancer it is 91%, for lung cancer it is 50%, and so on.

The problem that Crosetto has faced for the past two decades is the same as the one encountered in the case of the genocide of Palestinians over the last four months:

  1. Leaders with the power and responsibility to address logically, scientifically, adhering to the laws of nature, the rule of law, and the golden rule, do not accept open, public DIALOGUE that allows for achievement of humane solutions.
  2. The appalling silence and indifference of the “good people” who sit around and say, ‘wait on time’.

Following are more details of this case:

The evolution of Crosetto’s invention:

Crosetto invented his life-saving device in 2000. His 3D-CBS device with a long detector, boats a remarkable efficiency that is 400 times greater at a lower examination cost than the over 10,000 PET (Positron Emission Tomography) devices currently deployed globally. He explained meticulously detailed his invention in his book, :”400+ times improved PET efficiency for lower-dose radiation, lower-cost cancer screening” (https://bit.ly/3NQxNL0), in a peer-review article (https://bit.ly/3tKd9Fl) and video, (https://bit.ly/31CLuG7.

In 2019, a Chinese version of Crosetto’s invention emerged. However, this version is significantly less efficient, requires ten times the radiation dosage, and the test comes with a cost that is 50 times more expensive.

Personal Test and Evidence:

However, Crosetto demonstrated its safety by taking the test himself on this less efficient Chinese version.

On 1 December 2023, Crosetto, having a basal cell carcinoma at his lower back, found himself using the less efficient Chinese version in Michigan to screen for any type of cancer over his entire body.

His basal cells carcinoma was removed with surgery on 11 December 2023 and now there are no worrisome tumors over his entire body.

As a result, Crosetto is in possession of a CD with 1.63 GB of data related to biological processes recorded on 1 December 2023, simultaneously from every organ in his body. These data can be subtracted from a subsequent exam, one year from 1 December 2023, enabling the spotting of anomalies in biological processes over the entire body, preempting the insurgency of disease, including cancer.

Increased safety and other advantages of 3D-CBS:

Even with the significant higher levels of radiation required by the Chinese version used for Crosetto’s personal examination, the radiation levels were undetectable by airport security just two hours after he underwent the test. In contrast, his own 3D-CBS device requires only one-tenth of that amount of radiation.

The differences between 3D-CBS and other technologies currently available (the Chinese version and over 10,000 traditional PET devices) in terms of acquiring sufficient signals – over 200 million – for a diagnosis are:

  • 3D-CBS: 1 minute, 0.5 mCi radiation; $200 per exam (approximately $10 copay with insurance)
  • Chinese version: 3 minutes, 5 mCi radiation; $4,500 to $10,000 per exam ($343 copay with insurance)
  • Traditional 10,000 PET: 20 minutes, 15–20 mCi radiation; $6,000 per exam (does not detect tumors at an early stage)

The 3D-CBS, with a long detector, is more efficient and less expensive due to Crosetto’s inventions, which capture more photons in a shorter time. Furthermore, it uses thicker, economical BGO crystal detectors that stop more photons, much like a thicker bulletproof vest stops more bullets.

This marks a leap forward in early cancer detection, with its capacity to detect tumors no larger than 100 cancerous cells, making it more advanced than CTs, MRIs, and mammograms, which can only detect tumors larger than one millimeter and containing over one million cancer cells.

Being able to quantify minimal differences of an anomaly in biological processes in each organ gives doctors and patients the necessary information not only to detect cancer but also other diseases at an early curable stage before it can be detected by CT, MRI, Mammograms, or any symptoms occurring.

The possibility to monitor any anomaly over the entire body at low radiation and low cost every year (six months or three months, at the discretion of his doctor) allows doctor to make informed choices based on precise measurements.

At the next exam in one year (six months or three months, at the discretion of his doctor) new data will subtract data from the previous exam. The difference would provide necessary information to the doctor when the anomaly (or tumor) reaches a stage where the immune system by itself cannot correct the situation.

The method also uses a safe, low-radiation, sugar-based tracer; as opposed to, for example, the contrast liquids used in MRI exams like gadolinium that are associated with greater risks.

Projections:

Crosetto’s projections stand unchallenged. A €20 million investment would enable the construction of two 3D-CBS devices, with the potential to dramatically reduce cancer mortality. Crosetto can provide concrete evidence to validate the life-saving potential of 3D-CBS technology, potentially preventing, for example, over 400 premature cancer deaths within the Italian defense community in Italy every year.

Following this, the project could be scaled up to build 500 devices over a decade, with components costing less than €2 million, potentially saving over 90,000 Italian lives per year and saving the Italian healthcare system €10 billion per year.

Building ROADMAPS:

With the goal to convey his invention to new generations and addressing/solving other urgent problems, Crosetto has also kicked off an educational initiative (https://bit.ly/40JCBqw) offering internship to students participating in the ERASMUS program who are interested in building roadmaps (similar to the example here https://bit.ly/3LuMZe2 of a concrete/verifiable roadmap to save in the next 30 years more than 100 million lives and over $27 Trillion) for projects that have a disruptive impact on the most pressing societal needs.

Current dialogues with scientific institutions:

  • Crosetto’s 3D-CBS technology was included in the agenda of the Council of an Academy of Science associated with an important religious organization on September 20, 2023, with no refuted claims. However, its President stated they are unable to host a cancer-related conference until 2025; the prestigious Academy boasts 86 Nobel Laureates and includes members like CERN’s Director General and the former U.S. NIH Director who is now the scientific advisor to the U.S. President. Crosetto has communicated with both these experts for the past decade about his health-related particle detection invention, but inexplicably no funding has yet been granted to allow him to get experimental results.
  • After Crosetto personally delivered a letter to a top representative of the Italian Government on 25 April 2023 (see letter https://bit.ly/3pfXKKt), a meeting was organized by the Italian Defense Ministry on 4 July 2023, in Rome between the 3D-CBS inventor and the top scientific authority of the Italian Defense Ministry. In a written report by the defense expert dated 29 November 2023, the calculations, logical reasoning, and benefits of Crosetto’s invention remain unrefuted. However, the report emphasized four times that determining which technology saves or does not save the lives of over 400 Defense employees annually was not the goal.

Political delays cost lives:

Crosetto has requested that the report be made public, including his additional insights, to reveal who is hindering the experimental demonstration of the technology’s life-saving potential. On 19 December 2023, the staff of the Italian Government representative asked Crosetto to withhold both reports, promising to address the issue in early January 2024.

While Crosetto accepted the request, out of professional, scientific, and moral duty to the over 400 Defense employees and the over 90,000 Italians who die prematurely every year from cancer (who could potentially be saved), if an agreement is not reached on which technology saves and does not save lives, he has suggested a dateline of 26 January 2024, to release the Defense expert’s report with his comments, highlighting the obstacles.

The collaboration of everyone, especially the media, is necessary to disseminate and create awareness of the existence of this life-saving invention. It is everyone’s responsibility, in fact, to act in our interest and that of future generations, to halve premature cancer deaths and costs“, says Crosetto.

Broadcasting this news creates awareness of the importance of addressing logical deductions and counterarguments in a public discussion between Crosetto and the other parties involved, in a scientific and transparent way. It is desirable that logical reasoning and common sense in this discussion, with the Defense expert and with any person of goodwill in the healthcare field, will lead us to approve the funding for the inventor to build at least two 3D-CBS devices, to be able to demonstrate in concrete way that the lives of thousands of people can be saved annually, starting from those in the Defense sector“, continues scientist Dario Crosetto

Consequences of inaction:

Crosetto emphasizes that: “It is an enormous responsibility to – in effect – decide not to save thousands of lives, by not allowing these experiments to take place”. News media can help move this forward by publishing any counterarguments by leading experts.

Call to action:

Leading experts in the field, responsible for allotting some of the $2 trillion per year research and development funds should provide references to comparative projects to the 3D-CBS technology, enabling a transparent decision to approve the funding for the inventor to build of two such devices.

3D-Flow, 3D-CBS and TB-CAD inventions create a revolutionary paradigm change in the practice of medicine

Dario B. Crosetto – Crosetto Foundation for the Reduction of Cancer Deaths – DeSoto, TX, Member, IEEE

Abstract To solve the most deadly (over 10 million lives/year) and costly (over $1.5 Trillion/year) disease, it is necessary to invite all people claiming to have a solution to cancer to present their theory/calculations/proposals, summarized in a table where the lives and costs saved each year are estimated for the next 30 years, to defend their claims in a public meeting with other proposers and experts in the field and provide references to any proposal superior to the 3D-Flow, 3D-CBS and TB-CAD inventions which create a revolutionary paradigm change in the practice of medicine. The 3D-Flow architecture breaks the speed barrier in real-time applications and accurately captures all possible valid signals filtered from radiation at the lowest cost per valid signal captured. The 3D-CBS (3-D Complete Body Screening) is a cost-effective hardware tool for early detection of diseases, including cancer, that captures simultaneously all possible signals from transmitted (CT) and emitted (PET) photons (radiation) from the radioisotope (tracer) associated with proteins, nutrient molecules, etc. of all organs, recognizing anomaly activity in biological processes in clusters (diseases or tumors) of less than 100 body cells at €200 per screening test, requiring very low radiation. In comparison, current CT, MRI, Mammogram, Ultrasound, can only detect large clusters (diseases or tumors) from 1,000,000 body cells (the size of a 1mm tumor), or one billion cells/1cm3 by measuring differences in tissue density which is less efficient than the 3D-CBS measuring biophysiology. TB-CAD (Total-Body Computer-Aided Diagnosis) is a powerful software tool that brings to fruition the advantages of the two previous inventions and allows the correlation of abnormal biological processes in different parts of the body to understand biophysiological functioning, prevent diseases, and improve diagnosis, prognosis, and effective monitoring of treatments, ensuring the removal of cancerous or diseased cells.

I. INTRODUCTION

THE efficacy of the three inventions 3D-Flow, 3D-CBS and TB-CAD in alleviating suffering, reducing the average number of days people are ill during lifetime, reducing premature cancer deaths, increasing life expectancy and reducing healthcare costs is measured by using them in synergy for screening for anomalies in biological processes (which includes cancer) and monitoring treatments on a sample population on a specific territory and compare the number of hospitalizations, number of days people are ill, number of premature deaths and healthcare costs with respect to the previous years in the same territory and in locations where the three inventions are not used.

The challenge for anyone who claims to have an idea/theory/proposal to solve the cancer problem is to invite them to present their theory/calculation/proposal summarized in a table similar to Fig. 1 and after receiving funding and implementing the proposal, update such table with measured data on a sample population.

II. More details of the Inventing Steps Contributing to Provide the Benefits to humanity by reducing suffering, increasing life expectancy and Reducing Healthcare Costs

The total-Body Computer-Aided Diagnosis (TB-CAD) is a step up from the 3D-CBS (3D-Complete Body Screening) because it analyzes data relative to biological processes occurring in the patient’s body acquired simultaneously by the 3D-CBS. It provides a powerful tool that can correlate data relative to anomalies in one organ or one part of the body and another organ or another part of the body and can provide unprecedented precious information to implement the vaunted “Personalized Medicine” that combines diagnostic tests with an individual’s medical history, circumstances and values, empowering healthcare providers to develop targeted treatment and prevention plans with their patients.

The TB-CAD by analyzing petabyte of data from trillions of pictures of thousands of patients relative to biological processes occurring simultaneously over the patient’s entire body acquired by the 3D-CBS, would identify patterns of pre-disease and pre-cancerous formations.

The TB-CAD would be a powerful tool to learn in more depth how the human body works and will open a new promising chapter in the way to cure cancer and many other diseases, …in a way that was unthinkable before.

ROADMAP to defeat Cancer: in 30 years, save over 100 million lives and more than $27 trillion globally by building 4,000 devices 3D-CBS in the first 11 years, followed by an additional 53,000 units in the subsequent 19 years.

Graph depicting the estimated lives saved and revenues plan over 30 years when using the 3D-CBS device. The background table, from which the graphs have been generated, is accessible and can be interactively modified at: http://bit.ly/2XI2OFz. This table serves as a powerful tool for designing a strategic plan for various devices (EXPLORER, 3D-CBS, Siemens Biograph Vision Quadra, etc.), products, vaccines, drugs, or procedures. It allows the calculation of efficacy over 30 years based on proposed claimed reductions in cancer deaths and costs theoretically estimated in row 16. As measurements are conducted year after year on real devices and by implementing the proposed test protocol, values in row 16 are corrected, providing a more accurate estimate of the total number of lives and costs saved in 30 years. Users of this table need to input values in rows 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12, which are easily determined through calculations referring to existing experimental data or products. B.    No One Refuted Crosetto’s Calculations and Claims: Using 0.1% of the Annual Budget of the Italian Defense to Build Two 3D-CBS Devices He Invented, He Could Prove Experimentally Saving at Least 400 Lives Annually Among Employees of the Italian Defense from Premature Cancer Deaths. Crosetto’s 3D-CBS Technology, Used on a Larger Scale, Could Save Over 5 Million Lives per Year. Who Opposes Experimentation? Who Rejects Saving Lives?

Scientist Dario Crosetto is currently in discussions with the Italian government to secure funding for the construction of two 3D-CBS devices, capable of preventing over 400 premature cancer deaths per year through early detection.

By utilizing just 0.1% of the Italian Defense budget, he can manufacture two devices that can annually prevent 400 premature deaths from cancer among its employees. If this project is later expanded, there is the potential to save the lives of more than 90,000 Italians each year.

With a budget of 0.1% (€20 million) from the annual Italian Defense budget (€20 billion), Crosetto can implement all his inventions and provide two 3D-CBS devices with a long detector (1.5 meters). These devices can detect the activity of tumors with fewer than 100 cancer cells in all organs of the body, offering a 2-minute test at very low radiation, costing only €200/test.

He has received 59 quotes from reputable companies, and these quotes unequivocally demonstrate the feasibility of building the components for the 3D-CBS. With a team of 16 people, he could assemble the first two 3D-CBS prototypes in 18-24 months at a total cost of 20 million euros. This initiative would enable the conduct of an annual screening test on Defense employees, with an estimated saving of over 400 lives from premature cancer deaths per year. The cost of all components for subsequent units will be less than €2 million.

The calculation to save the lives from premature cancer deaths among the Defense employees per year has been determined as follows.

The Italian Defense community comprise approximately 300,000 employees (280,000 military and 20,000 in offices). The Italian Association of Medical Oncology (AIOM) reports 180,000 cancer deaths in Italy each year. Dividing 180,000 by the Italian population of 58,800,000 and multiplying by 100,000 results in 306 per 100,000 inhabitants dying from cancer in Italy each year. Therefore, with 300,000 Defense employees, a conservative estimate is 800 cancer deaths per year, considering the young average age among the Defense employees which has a lower mortality rate compared to over 75 years of age.

Given that the 3D-CBS detects tumors with only 100 cancer cells, while CT scans, MRI, and ultrasounds must wait for them to grow to over 1,000,000, logically, this difference allows for an early diagnosis that saves at least 50% of the affected breast, prostate, colon, etc. This is a conservative estimate, considering that experimental results for these types of cancer have shown a survival rate greater than 90% when cancer is detected at an early stage.

Allocating 0.1% of the annual Italian Defense budget of €19.54 billion, made available to the inventor of the three inventions, to build two 3D-CBS devices and offering priority screening to the 300,000 Defense employees (as recognition and gratitude for the service they provide to all of us, even by giving their lives to protect our rights) has the potential to halve the 800 annual deaths from cancer.

Current dialogues with the top scientific authority of the Italian Defense Ministry:

After Crosetto personally delivered a letter to a top representative of the Italian Government on 25 April 2023 (see letter https://bit.ly/3pfXKKt), a meeting was organized by the Italian Defense Ministry on 4 July 2023, in Rome between the 3D-CBS inventor and the top scientific authority of the Italian Defense Ministry.

While Crosetto accepted the request, out of professional, scientific, and moral duty to the over 400 Defense employees and the over 90,000 Italians who die prematurely every year from cancer (who could potentially be saved), if an agreement is not reached on which technology saves and does not save lives, he has suggested a dateline of 26 Jan. 2024, to release the Defense expert’s report with his comments, highlighting the obstacles.

Crosetto emphasizes that: “It is an enormous responsibility to decide not to save every year 400 defense employees, 90,000 Italians and 5 million people worldwide from premature death by not allowing the experiments.”.

10. Journalists Who Care to Address and Solve the Most Deadly and Costly Calamity, Cancer, Should Broadcast This Document Aimed at Humane Solutions Through a Balanced and Objective Dialogue Based on Scientific Evidence That No One Could Refute for Two Decades

As we have heroic journalists risking their lives, and also dying as occurred for the 60 journalists during the entire 20 years Vietnam-war and 83 journalists killed by the Israeli military in 100 days in Gaza, to serve the public by sending us the photos and information of the destruction and the 240 Palestinians killed on average every day, scientist Dario Crosetto is making an appeal to courageous journalists and media news editors to inform the public about the over 13,000 Premature Cancer Deaths per Day Worldwide that Could Be Avoided Through a Dialogue Aimed at Achieving a Humane Solution as described in Section 9.A on page 26.

More information can be found in the 63-page document (https://bit.ly/3qii6Dv) which the Council of an important Academy of Science included in their agenda on 20 September 2023. They could not refute Crosetto’s calculations and claims, but its President stated they are unable to host a cancer-related conference until 2025.

This delay will potentially cause the loss of 10 million lives that could be avoided if courageous journalists will inform the public by fostering the DIALOGUE between Crosetto and scientists who handle or endorse the spending every year of $2 trillion in research and development and do not fund the inventor of the 3D-CBS to prove experimentally his claims that no one has refuted with calculation or logical reasoning.

Following is reported the paragraph from page 28:
