The European Commission BECA (BEating CAncer) with the vote of 6 December 2021 (https://bit.ly/3r5045F) promises to defeat cancer and eliminate inequality between countries that have 90% of the population who practice cancer screening compared to those who only have 6% who practice screening.

Doesn’t it make more sense to test it on a small percentage of the population in the countries where only 6% practice screening to see if it actually reduces mortality before extending it to the entire population?

If the screening used today does not reduce mortality, as data show in many countries of the world, including ITALY which spends 20 billion EUROs per year on cancer (https://bit.ly/3qVv9pS) without obtain a reduction in cancer mortality (https://bit.ly/3fUUDjW) in a constant population (https://bit.ly/3pv3qwe), would you think it appropriate to test the effectiveness of the screening devices and procedures used today, as well as the new devices and procedures that have been censored/suppressed for 20 years (https://bit.ly/2NvM57i) before extending them to the whole country?

If the European Commission BECA censors and suppresses the following legitimate question:

Is it better to use devices capable of detecting tumors with only 100 cancerous cells and then follow the trend for a few months/years to understand if it grows or not, not to require an intervention, rather than using current devices (mammography, CT, RN , Ultrasound, etc.) limited to detect tumors only when they have millions and billions of cancerous cells?”

Wouldn’t it be the task of newspapers, televisions and each of us to share this message via social media to inform as many people as possible in order to protect the interests of citizens so that they are not deceived by false and biased news?

Volunteers work for free while Executives spend €20 billion/year in ITALY without reducing cancer deaths and ignore, or worse, some censor/suppress innovations for the benefit of humanity.

Summary: Dario Crosetto respectfully asks journalists to inform taxpayers about the deceiving statements of executives who claim they want to defeat cancer while irrefutable facts and data show that every year 20 billion euros spent on cancer do not reduce mortality in the constant Italian population. Are decision makers deliberately deceiving citizens by promising and making believe that, by appropriating more billions of euros from taxpayers, they will defeat cancer, but they do not even possess a theoretical, strategic, logical study that proves it, which can then be verified every year by experimental measurements? Furthermore there is evidence of incorrect assessments carried out in 2004 in Italy (confirmed by experimental measurements in subsequent years) by the experts of the Istituto Superiore della Sanità who had stated that it would have not been useful the innovation/project/3D-CBS (3-D Complete Body Screening) with a detector longer than one half meter to find tumors with only 100 cancer cells, requiring a very low dose of radiation and very low cost of the exam. There is also evidence that for over twenty years the 3D-Flow and 3D-CBS innovations and recently the TB-CAD innovation for saving millions of lives and saving billions of euros have been deliberately censored/suppressed damaging the whole of humanity.

Volunteers, doctors, nurses, health workers who work on the front line with cancer patients (and who give body and soul, many work for free and some even give their lives to alleviate the suffering and death of cancer patients) find themselves in the impossibility of saving the patient’s life because the cancer was diagnosed late and the managers, instead of providing him with effective screening tools, deceptively promise to defeat the cancer, while in reality they continue to promote the illogic of spending 20 billion euros every year , without obtaining results in reducing cancer mortality in a constant Italian population, and on the other hand ignore, or worse, some censor/suppress the innovation of an effective tool for early cancer diagnosis that could have already saved millions of lives and billions of euros

An Italian family of 4, even in the case of a child who is only three months old and none of the 4 has ever had cancer, pays over 1,300 euros per year in cancer taxes (collected by the state from the tax on petrol, household appliances, cars, food, etc.) and in the 18 years elapsed before children become adults the family will have paid over 24,000 euros (€20 billion / 60 million population x 4 people in the family x 18 years = €24,000). This money is really thrown out the window because other countries that don’t spend €20 billion/year on cancer, the mortality is the same.

On December 6, 2021, this unsuccessful tax drain will escalate with the vote of European parliamentarians that has created a Commission that promises to defeat cancer “BEating CAncer” BECA https://www.europarl.europa.eu/committees/it/beca/home/highlights but which has not identified the tool for early diagnosis tested on a sample population in a specific area that demonstrates that it reduces mortality compared to the past when this tool or procedure was not used or with respect to another area where it is not used.

If a journalist investigates and then some lawyer intervenes, the parliamentarians who will vote on December 6, 2021 the deception of promising to defeat cancer while knowing that this is false because the program in the rapporteur of the Honorable Veronique Trillet-Lenoir (https://bit.ly/3i3ONOj) together with the 1537 amendments and the approval by over 15 experts (https://bit.ly/30ewhMK) does not present any calculation that proves to be able to defeat cancer, would follow it the same fate as the trial that is taking place these days to Elizabeth Holmes who faces 20 years in prison precisely because she was aware that her promise of the results of a blood test was false https://bit.ly/3FIFqMS)? Scientists and journalists with ethical-professional integrity did not take responsibility for investigating Holmes’ inconsistencies for many years. It took 12 years for a reporter to investigate and expose Elizabeth Holmes’ deception to bring her to justice.

If it will be more difficult to bring to justice the parliamentarians who vote for these inconsistencies, illogicalities that deceive and harm citizens, it is at least important that journalists inform citizens about these facts, warning them, giving them the tools to question their political representative and eventually look for another one who does not deceive them but serves their interests.

Although, the best thing would be to have a dialogue with the parliamentarians of the BECA Commission and with their experts in early cancer detection and together, using logic, analyze publicly the best strategy to reduce premature cancer deaths and costs.

If the path of dialogue does not work, a reporter can point out that the essence of Holmes’s faults, who faces 20 years in prison, is that she lied to the public that the blood test worked while she was well aware that it did not.

Furthermore, there is several evidence, which I can provide, that for more than twenty years the 3D-Flow and 3D-CBS innovations and recently the TB-CAD innovation to save millions of lives and save billions of euros have not only been ignored but worse still by some decision makers they have been deliberately censored/suppressed damaging the whole of humanity.

When would it be addressed the illogicality:

to blather blah, blah, blah that early detection saves over 50% of lives and then choose screening tools and procedures that only find cancers when they have millions (a few millimeters) or a billion (1 cm) of cancer cells instead of 100 cells?

not to test the effectiveness of a cancer screening tool or procedure on a sample population of 0.01% (60,000 people) of the 60 million Italians in a specific territory and to verify that it reduces mortality and relative costs compared to previous years in the same area or with respect to an area where this test or procedure is not carried out, before extending them to a national level, impoverishing only the Italians?

of parliamentarians and executives to fund screening equipment and tests that find cancers only when they have millions (a few millimeters) or a billion (1 cm) of cancer cells and censor and suppress the 3D-CBS invention for 21 years that has been confirmed in 2019 by third-party measurements on a less efficient and more expensive copy of 3D-CBS that can find small tumors with only 100 cancerous cells and that could already have saved millions of lives and billiond of Euros to healthcare?

Furthermore, they have not taken on the responsibility of following a simple logical path, asking questions that a high school student is able to answer.

In summary, the illogicality of parliamentarians and managers consists in preferring a diagnosis based on a single inefficient examination with respect to the calculation of the variations of the anomalous biological processes recorded by examinations carried out every three, six months or a year using the same equipment, the same protocol and the same dose of radiation. This would give the doctor the opportunity to understand the minimal abnormal activity of the tumor, whether in regression or increasing activity and to make an informed choice whether to intervene or not.

And finally, the illogicality of parliamentarians and executives is demonstrated by the decision to bear a cost of cancer of over 400 billion euros in Italy in the last 20 years, by adopting technologies that have not provided a significant reduction in premature cancer deaths and on the other hand, not having made available a few million euros to build my 3D-CBS invention in order to be able to perform measurements and bring the benefits to citizens. In the absence of logical/scientific arguments that could invalidate my calculations and claims that year after year, since I presented my invention in 2000 are confirmed valid by experimental results, it is more urgent than ever to finance the construction of at least two 3D-CBS units rather than further delaying the benefits to citizens.

At this point I would not want to be misunderstood that I advise against the screening exams currently on the market. Instead, I can tell you that I make them myself, because Healthcare offers nothing better.

On October 15, 2021 I had the annual PSA test for prostate cancer screening, on December 3, 2020 I had the third regularly scheduled colonoscopy exam in the last 25 years.

Does having a colonoscopy exam every 10 or 5 years reduce the risk of discovering advanced cancer? It is a single organ and cancer can develop in all other organs.

Common sense and logic should advise everyone that a 3D-CBS exam every year (or more frequently if necessary), which covers all the organs of the body, greatly reduces the risk of discovering cancer late when survival is reduced. drastically.

How many colonoscopy exams can be done each year in Italy? How much would all these exams cost?

Assuming 0.1% colon cancer mortality how much will it cost to save a life through colon cancer early detection with colonoscopy?

However, no one can find in all those presentations and documents by the experts the procedure or screening device that can demonstrate by calculations and measurements on a sample population of 0.02% (90,000 people) of the entire population of 450 million Europeans that is effective in significantly reducing cancer deaths and costs compared to another area where the proposed procedure or screening device is not used.

This is illogical, it’s like wanting to travel 5,000 miles in 8 hours by plane but not having a plane and not having the slightest idea how to build a plane.

It is as if one wanted to take a plane trip without having a plane. Or as if Christopher Columbus wanted to go to the Indies (America) without thinking that he will need three caravels but continuing to ask Queen Isabella of Castile for taxpayers’ money to pay swimmers, convincing them to swim west by promising that they will find gold and riches and they will live like nabobs, even though Christopher Columbus knew instead that they will die in the enterprise because the promises are not logical.

Global annual cancer cost in Italy vs. mortality rate:

ITALY spends €20 billion per year on cancer (https://bit.ly/3qVv9pS), while the only time that there has been a decrease in cancer deaths in Italy has been treaty of 1,134 lives saved between 2012 and 2013 (https://bit.ly/3fUUDjW), while in other years cancer deaths increased in the absence of a population increase (https://bit.ly/3pv3qwe), so the €20 billion/year mainly increased the cancer business (while there are people on the front line who give body and soul, work for free, and some even give their lives, such as doctors, nurses, law enforcement, and public service workers who died of COVID-19 to save others, even without resources, to alleviate cancer suffering and mortality).

Anyone claiming a reduction of cancer death and cost, whether a drug, vaccine, diagnostic device combined with treatment, etc., should present a plan to test at least 10,000 people ages 55-74 taken from a location where the cancer mortality rate has been constant for the past 20 years. A difference or no difference in the mortality rate will quantify the success or failure of the proposed solution. Taking as reference experimental data confirmed by WHO (World Health Organization), NCI (National Cancer Institute) and ACS (American Cancer Society) as well as many universities that cancer has a survival rate of up to 98% when detected at an early stage, and assuming a conservative figure for the 3D-CBS to offer a success rate above 58%, then each 3D-CBS device is expected to save over 260 lives each year, according to the calculations described below. Assuming the death rate in the age group 55 to 74 for the past 20 years is 0.5% in the location where the test is planned (this data can be verified), then of the 90,000 individuals, 450 are expected to die. If we apply the factor 58% survival rate due to early detection with the 3D-CBS device combined with successful treatment, each year the 3D-CBS device could save over 260 lives (450 x 58% = 261).

I am providing the summary of the strategic plan to save from cancer over 2.6 million lives and over €355 billion in ITALY in 30 years by building 450 units 3D-CBS in 8 years and additional 100 units in the following 22 years to replace the old machines.

This table is a very powerful tool to design a strategic plan for different devices (EXPLORER, 3D-CBS, Siemens Biograph Vision Quadra, etc.), products, vaccines, drugs, or procedures, and calculate the efficacy over 30 years for the proposed claimed reductions in cancer deaths and costs estimated theoretically in row 16. As measurements are performed year after year on real devices and by implementing the proposed test protocol, values in row 16 are corrected providing a more accurate estimate of the total number of lives and costs saved in 30 years. The user of this table needs to introduce the values in rows 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12, which are easy to determine from calculations referring to existing experimental data or products. Data introduced in row 13 estimating the total number of units manufactured each year to reach 564 units in 30 years..

It would be important to have a dialogue with her, could you provide her family name and her contact information so we could organize a public debate on this very important issue?
